My T.V aspect ratio changes ?

My T.v aspect ratio changes without my input how do i stop this happening?



P.s The T.v is connected to a Sky+ box and it is a grundig televisionMy T.V aspect ratio changes ?check the tv settings to see if 'auto' aspect is in use...
