Problem When burning anime to dvd?

i use convertxtodvd to burn my anime to dvd-r's. The result is great the sound is ok and the picture is just awesome but the subtitles are too low they look something like this exept on my tv screen

so i tried burning the episodes by changing the aspect ratio to 16:9 in convertxtodvd by goin here

But it when its finished burning it looks like this exept on my tv
