How can I change the aspect ratio of a video from 4:3 to 16:9?

Yes I do want the image to be squeezed and not just add a couple of black lines on the sides like some program do.



Ive been googling this for a while now.. but i all get is a media player that would display it as 16:9 but without saving it.



Any help would be apreciated
