How can I change the pixel aspect ratio of my video from 1.2 to 0.9?

Please helpHow can I change the pixel aspect ratio of my video from 1.2 to 0.9?where do you want to change it? You're basically asking to change a widescreen image to a standard aspect image. If you simply stretch it - it will seem %26quot;squashed%26quot; on the screen. Better would be to pan/scan the image in your video editing program. How that's accomplished differs from program to program. In premiere pro you start with a composition that's .9 NTSC - import the footage that's 1.2 and make sure it's interpreted as 1.2. Place on timeline and you should be good to go. other programs will work in similar fashion.
