I have some movies in 16:9 and I want to put them in my ipod touch. But they are all looked really really small in that ratio. It isn't a free program but I think you can use it as a trial for 10 days without registering. To change aspect ratios of video files you need to change the video size.



So in order for you to get the aspect ratio 3:2 you need to put the size to something like 300x200. (or any number that is even to this, so if you wanted it a little bigger then you can put 600x400. It will still be in the ratio 3:2).
