i tried to look up your camera model at sony's site but to no avail.
try tinkering with your camera through its menu and eventually you'll gonna get to where you can select ratio setting.How to change the aspect ratio from 16:9 to 4:3 of the camera DSR570WSP SONY?enter the menu it is under ratio if you can't see the camera manual and if you don't have it go to the dealer if thous don't work you've broke it.
