What is the effect of Wn (NMOS) on oscillation frequency of differential logic ring oscillator?

Well, differential logic oscillator is based on using set of differential inverter rather than normal CMOS inverter in chain. As we change the aspect ratio of NMOS (Wn) the frequency will reduce due of increaing of the gate delay, but for bigger values of Wn the freq. will going down to zero? so how we expline that. thankxWhat is the effect of Wn (NMOS) on oscillation frequency of differential logic ring oscillator?were the hell did you cut and paste that from.....?
